I’ve loved this product and used this product for years but the shipping has caused issues lately. My products have not arrived yet and I have emailed customer support many times. They are looking into it but there is still no word where my my package is.

I prefer a thicker lathery cleanser but it does the job. Also the pump will not release so that I can use the pump. I have to unscrew the lid to pour it in my hand.

First, I loveeeeee Truself organics and will continue to buy all the rest of their products, as I have been for years, forever.
I’ve tried other creamy, non-foaming cleansers and liked them but have been looking for a “natural” option for a while. Thought I would try this one. I must say it did not wash off any dirt on my face and my non-waterproof make up was just slightly smudged after. I tried it on a day that I didn’t have make up on and it felt kinda of like smearing moisturizer onto wet skin. It left a film on my face and did not seem to actually clean. I’m confused by it. Sorry!

this feels amazing on my skin. I personally am not a fan of the scent, but I'm happy knowing that that's how it naturally smells and that it's fragrance-free!
